| Getting ready. The bricks have been lifted and the first lamination is holding some curve. Roy is mixing a batch of resin in the background. |
| Red is the colour of Rampant. The glue will show as a pinline later. |
| The complete tinted epoxy glue layer just prior to placing the central paulownia frame panel. |
| The three layers. Note the generous squeeze out which indicates that there is enough epoxy. |
The video shows a few more details, such as the small dots of tinted resin which are at the frame junctions, applied with a zip lock bag with a corner cut off, making the board interior look like a Damien Hirst original, soon to be covered up with the central panel. Note also the clamp which screws down the nose rocker. A ton of bricks is once again hand lifted into position. At the end of the video one can see the particular brick placement for the deeper concave which the Rampant wooden surfboard will have .
The quick trick brick stack. Note the central wall pushing down the surfboard concave in this lamination, and the slight angle of the outside bricks, indicating the same.
