Aloha Malihini: Makaha 12-9 from the millionaire's surfboard collection

Makaha 12-9 at the Main Beach Mount Maunganui. This surfboard has a great glide factor, feels very fast and carves nicely through turns. Lift from the 4 inch diameter tunnel fin keeps the pitch well controlled like a trim tab so that the board's low tail rocker runs  flat and fast. Turning works predominantly via roll through rail line carving. Life is good!

from my calculations (and with a limited frame of reference) you are travelling at 43mph in sections. could you confirm whether this is correct?
